At Fitthickness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@fitthickness.com with your order number. Returns should not be sent without prior authorization. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as final sale products or gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
